"Killing Godot is inspired by Beckett's much debated character Godot. The fact that he never gave a specific explanation about this piece opened a playground of possibilities for my musical ideas. The state of waiting alternates with states of absurdity, aggression and wanting to take action against the never arriving abstract persona. The musicians are impersonating two main characters of the play and also contribute verbally with the important sentence "nothing to be done". The piece is some kind of musical "théâtre de l'absurde" that implies to existence of comedy and pathos at the same time and wants to reveal some personal irritations towards abstruse irrational awaiting."
